BSBR PROJECT
Update November 2023 - We have finally received all the approvals and have gone to tender. It took forever!
At this stage we expect that site works will commence as soon as practical in the New Year. We have also been advised by the Department that the completion date of all BSBR projects has been extended by 12 months however we would expect our project to be ready well before March 2025.
Black Summer Bushfire Recovery Grant - Project Details and Progress
On 25 May 2022, the Australian Government's Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources approved a rescoped grant application for $1,786,800. This will enable the Club to undertake projects in order to become a focal point and support hub for the community in times of natural disaster.
We will provide you with project updates and progress reports as we reach major milestones. The Club's new board of directors are excited to be involved in this project and their involvement will be pivotal in completing the components within the alloted timeframe.
